Qualifications of a PCA - Personal Care Aide:
A desire to care compassionately for Seniors Willing to take and complete provided training courses Responsibilities of a PCA - Personal Care Aide:
Provide personalized and appropriate care according to resident preferences.
Observe resident functioning and report any changes to the supervisor.
Administers oral and external medications to residents under the direction of the MAR.
Assist in meal preparation, setting up the dining room for meal service, and serving residents' meals.
