Responsibilities:
Willow Valley is hiring a Caf Attendant to prepare food and complete set-up/clean-up duties associated with caf operations for caf and special functions.
The Caf Attendant will maintain expected safety and sanitation standards and high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:
Makes coffee and sets up caf line.
Prepares for caf and catering functions.
Determines production needs for caf and assists with inventory and ordering.
Slices deli meats and cheeses, and prepares meat salads, weighing and measuring ingredients according to standardized recipes.
Takes orders and assembles salads and sandwiches according to customer orders.
Cleans up deli counter and dining area in caf and maintains cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.
Operates point of sale system.
Assists with catering set up and delivery as directed by supervisor.
Follows Willow Valley's HACCP plan and Food Safety policies and procedures.
Receives and stores food items according to HACCP guidelines.
Maintains high levels of food safety and sanitation, and assures compliance with the HACCP plan.
Maintains high level of customer service and takes ownership in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
