Provide Customer Service Greet customers (in person, phone, email) Determine customer's basic service needs Perform customer check-in Update customer on unit status Perform customer pick ups Resolve difficult customer issues Maintain service dept profitability Coordinate Customer Appointments Pre-order parts as required Maintain Daily Operations Update daily service schedule Maintain work area Coordinate Technician Workload Pursue Professional Development Any other assigned tasks Expectations of RV Value Mart Employees are expected to :
