Summary:
The Sales Associate will be held to the highest standards for honesty and customer service.
It will be the Sales Associates duty to assist, educate, and guide customers to the RV that meets their needs while also acting as a company liaison between the customer and all departments at the dealership.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units Present and sell other value-added options Write deals to present to sales manager Provide a high quality, professional experience while generating sales for new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstrations and feature walk around presentations Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and current clients Utilize customer relationship management software/programs as required Utilize dealership management software as required Attend all meetings and training as required Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments Know current inventory, be enthusiastic and have strong communication with management Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers May cross train to perform other duties Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motor homes Any other assigned tasks Required Skills/Abilities:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
