Design Studio Coordinator

Purpose: At CCS our goal is to be innovative and progressive, always striving to improve and to reach the next level of service for our customers. In keeping with that company philosophy, the Design Studio Coordinator position was created to enhance our current Apartment Renovations process by facilitating cutting edge presentation of apartment options and job progress to the customer while offering superior customer care and support in the CCS Design Studio.

This position will include the following tasks:
Implementing new Apartment Options software program and training other users on same
Maintaining Apartment Options software on continual basis which includes data entry, communication with CCS field personnel, taking photos of units in progress, tracking schedules, etc.
Communicating to customers and end users (residents) how to use Apartment Options software and what value it adds to their building experience
Administrative support for Design Studio Director
Assisting with communication and workflow needs for Design Studio Director
Assisting with resident option presentations on as needed basis
Ancillary design duties including furniture, lighting and accessory selection and procurement

Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office competency and ability to instruct others
Ability to build relationships with peers, supervisors, employees inside the company as well as owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers outside the company
Commitment to integrity and excellent job performance
Willingness to travel to job sites within 2 hours of CCS office on as needed basis
CADD experience a plus
Bachelor Degree in Construction or Design related fieldEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
