Willow Valley Living is seeking experienced, proven leader for the position of Chief Marketing Officer due to the planned retirement of the incumbent. Reporting to the C.E.O., this position provides leadership and direction to a dynamic team of energetic, compassionate, senior living specialists and will create abundant opportunities for a forward thinking individual to develop improved techniques and practices in all aspects of our industry.

Willow Valley Living seeks a candidate with strong operations experience and skill in identifying, applying, and analyzing data metrics to control costs, add value, and increase growth across the continuum. This senior living executive will possess the highest integrity, strong interpersonal relations skills and vision. We strive to make a difference, own excellence, respect relationships, and enhance the well-being of our Residents, our community and the Team that makes it possible.
A strong preference for a master's degree in business, finance, healthcare or related discipline and a minimum ten years' experience in a senior management position in a multi-site organization.
